I’m not sure what some of these reviews are about...BUT my husband and I have been here for 7 months and are talking about renewing our lease. We have two dogs, and almost everyone has a pet! Our neighbors are super friendly and our townhouse is BEAUTIFUL! Management is phenomenal, we’ve had horrible management at other rentals in the past and let me tell you, James goes far more than above and beyond for the tenants. For people complaining they are overpriced, you pay for what you get. You’re in ...

a neighborhood, a very safe and clean area, newer townhomes, and amenities like crazy. It’s hard to find places that allow two dogs with no weight limit or an in-unit washer and dryer. And for the past reviews, I have no idea who Amanda is, but she isn’t here anymore! Ha.

Beautiful, Quiet, Affordable

I just moved here March 2018, and have been perfectly happy. My son helps out around the complex picking up trash and dog poop. There are no designated dog walking areas and to avoid all the dog owners pointing fingers my son takes time daily to help out. Since I have been here the staff has been quick to answer any and every question and concern. Amanda has done an amazing job, she has been nothing but resourceful and warming. apartment. Not many apartment people would allow you to decorate your porch and plant flowers or paint walls. The only issues that I have had are with fellow neighbors. You can't make friends with everyone I guess! I am so happy that we choose to move here.

I love Ashton Place. Friendly professional staff and management. We moved from out of state it is conveniently located and feels so much like a home. The bedrooms upstairs are awesome and the powder room downstairs is so convenient. I would definitely recommend Ashton Place.
