February 5, 2019I am a resident at Ashton Point Apartments and I've never had a problem with them fixing anything or getting the job done properly. I love the service front our front office and Ms. Saleena she is very helpful and very understanding to our problems when it comes to our units. She helps me understand things i don't understand about my unit and she has a very positive attitude and doesn't make you feel right at home. She"s a very hard worker and is a very busy woman but still maintains the service ...or her residents like me I am living proof as a resident that she's awesome honestly. From Kendericca Gordon a resident here at Ashton Point Apartments. I would recommend a friend or family to this place. I'm thinking to renew my lease again this year. Not bad at all
October 8, 2015I've heard a few people complain, but moved there anyway because a friend of mine who was there did not. She was right, I haven't had any major problems that wasn't resolved quickly. No complaints from me.Review from Apartments.com
Live near the beach, but live in forrestry
July 21, 2015Ashton Point Apartments has made me feel at home away from home. My family moved to Florida from Tennessee, and we were so nervous about finding a safe environment for my daughter. Ashton Point Apartments has surpassed that. Rent is a little higher than we hoped for, but it pays off with a nice pool, a fitness center, and the apartments are wonderful. You can't forget that we only live ten minutes away from the beach! This place gets a bad rap for the internet, but we have not had many issues ...with it in the past two months. The only issue we have out of it is that it has longer download times for video games, etc. Other than that, no complaints!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
