January 6, 2025The amenities are amazing. The pool, gym, and external barbecues are wonderful to have. But only move here if you want to clean your new unit yourself, and do not move any of your personal belongings in until you ensure there are no roaches. I transferred from a unit after being in it for 3 years with no pest issues to a larger unit that was infested with cockroaches. It has been a great disappointment to have to spend so much money cleaning and exterminating this unit myself to get it a livable ...condition.Property Manager Responded
