May 26, 2021Not worth it! This place sucks. water is constantly being turned off. Something is always breaking and takes maintenance forever to come fix it. Don’t live here, wish someone would have warned me. Counting down the days until my lease is up and I can get out of here!!Property Manager Responded

Cheap, but not worth the troubles
February 7, 2019When I lived here it was terrible, bug infested, and impossible to ever see the property manager. when the place got tented for the bugs, many apartments were broken in to and robbed. Being so close to the rodeo and farm animals of the high school made summer time smell disgusting.Review from Apartments.com
Ashwood/Mapleview Apartments
June 2, 2017I have lived here for about 3 years now, there are onsite laundry facilities, as well as a pool and Jacuzzi. The maintenance staff is very helpful in all matters and is timely. Close to 7/11 and the freeways.. High School close by as well as elementary schools and Lindo Lake. Great exercise park to go to.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2017I have lived here for over 7 years now, great family like community with your neighbors, love the accessibility to having a pool and Jacuzzi. Close to freeways and public transit, especially the barona casino bus....
