December 29, 2025I lived here for 2.5 years, and if I didn't have to leave, I would have stayed. The complex is impeccably clean and well-maintained, the office staff is wonderful, and the building is pin-drop silent at night. The building is situated in a nice residential area surrounded by families and if you have a dog, it's great for taking a daily walk. Everyone is so friendly, the amenities are so convenient and maintenance handles all issues very quickly. Leasing staff are so nice and love the pets. The gym is a good size and has a peloton. One Great Year
July 5, 2023I lived at Ashworth Lofts for one year before moving for family reasons. It was a great location, loved the natural light and the layout. Great amenities which are "low maintenance" for the staff to maintain. That being said, no pool or rooftop space which I would have liked considering the view. The Leasing office and Maintenance team are friendly and super helpful. Great spot if in between Boston, Providence and Newport - easy commute to all.
