The complex is impeccably clean and well-maintained, the office staff is wonderful, and the building is pin-drop silent at night. The building is situated in a nice residential area surrounded by families and if you have a dog, it's great for taking a daily walk. One thing nobody tells you, though, is that the Gold Medal Bakery is right down the street, so when the wind is right the whole neighborhood smells like ...fresh-baked cinnamon raisin bread.Read More

Everyone is so friendly, the amenities are so convenient and maintenance handles all issues very quickly. Leasing staff are so nice and love the pets. The gym is a good size and has a peloton. July 5, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI lived at Ashworth Lofts for one year before moving for family reasons. It was a great location, loved the natural light and the layout. Great amenities which are "low maintenance" for the staff to maintain. That being said, no pool or rooftop space which I would have liked considering the view. The Leasing office and Maintenance team are friendly and super helpful. Great spot if in between Boston, Providence and Newport - easy commute to all. Would definitely come back if in the area again.
