Renewing my lease again!
January 13, 2024Absolutely love living here! We have been residents since the building opened in 2022. Everyone is so friendly, the amenities are so convenient and maintenance handles all issues very quickly. Leasing staff are so nice and love the pets. The gym is a good size and has a peloton. One Great Year
July 5, 2023I lived at Ashworth Lofts for one year before moving for family reasons. It was a great location, loved the natural light and the layout. Great amenities which are "low maintenance" for the staff to maintain. That being said, no pool or rooftop space which I would have liked considering the view. The Leasing office and Maintenance team are friendly and super helpful. Great spot if in between Boston, Providence and Newport - easy commute to all.
