    A few days after moving in roaches started coming from everywhere. Out the sink, like literally everywhere it got so bad that I refused to cook there. I moved out within 3 weeks it was the worst experience ever.

  • It’s ok here but you can do wayyy better!

    I’m on my second lease here. I have a month 1/2 left & NO I did not renew. My first year was good no issues that’s why I renewed. But this 2nd year hasn’t been pleasant. During the pandemic no one answers the phone in the leasing office but there inside the leasing office. I don’t get it I recommend living on the top floor because living on ground level is the worse! My upstairs neighbor is super irritating with the noise. Music playing loud every other day & walking/stomping EVERY SINGLE DAY!! ...
    When I leave or come home somtimes there’s cigarette butts infront of my door. My A/C hasn’t been working properly for 2 summers so the maintenance here is trash!!! I’m just over it and glad that I only have a month 1/2 left!!

    I've been living at Aslan on he River for over a month now, and it's been a quiet community, and my one bedroom apartment is very spacious. My leasing agent Kaycee was outstanding!! She welcomed me and soon as I walked in the leasing office and made my move in fast, easy, and professional. Even when one unit that I wanted was taken she found another one with similar price and better location the same day, and emailed me quickly with the details.     let me state first I DO NOT LIVE HERE, I was searching for a new home because my lease is almost up. I fell in love with the property even though they're a bit expensive I applied for the small one bedroom. the day I was coming to turn in my application I was told over the phone that the smallest home was already leased. when I came into the office I was told the home hadn't been leased but they couldn't hold it for me that long but it clearly stated online the move in date was around the time I ...

    Where do I start? I've been living here for 14 months. The gym? What gym? It hasn't been functional since I've been living here. My building is full of dysfunctional folks who always have domestic disputes with their house guest (I have audio in my phone) The neighbors below me (that just moved in about three weeks ago) smoke weed everyday and have my apartment smelling like I'm the smoker.
