A few days after moving in roaches started coming from everywhere. Out the sink, like literally everywhere it got so bad that I refused to cook there. I moved out within 3 weeks it was the worst experience ever.

I’m on my second lease here. I have a month 1/2 left & NO I did not renew. My first year was good no issues that’s why I renewed. But this 2nd year hasn’t been pleasant. During the pandemic no one answers the phone in the leasing office but there inside the leasing office. I don’t get it I recommend living on the top floor because living on ground level is the worse! My upstairs neighbor is super irritating with the noise. Music playing loud every other day & walking/stomping EVERY SINGLE DAY!! ...
When I leave or come home somtimes there’s cigarette butts infront of my door. My A/C hasn’t been working properly for 2 summers so the maintenance here is trash!!! I’m just over it and glad that I only have a month 1/2 left!!

I fell in love with the property even though they're a bit expensive I applied for the small one bedroom. the day I was coming to turn in my application I was told over the phone that the smallest home was already leased. when I came into the office I was told the home hadn't been leased but they couldn't hold it for me that long but it clearly stated online the move in date was around the time I ...
