February 8, 2025After two years and six months I continue to find Aspect on the River a welcoming place! The staff is consistent and helpful any time I have needed. I do like the trash removal procedures, they call valet removal! Downtown Canton is very close and has several restaurants, bars and community events. Nearby walking trails offer plenty of exercise within a very short walk! People friendly place to live!Property Manager Responded

September 4, 2024From the minute I set foot on the property, I fell in love with it. The leasing office staff were wonderful and so helpful with every step of the application process and have continued to be since we moved in. Any maintenance concern I've had has been quickly acknowledged and logged as a maintenance request.
