December 23, 2025I am retired and live almost exclusively on my social security. The rent I pay for the smallest 1-bedroom is approximately 50% of my total income, which is not a good ratio for housing! Other than that, I've enjoyed living here for over 4 years.Property Manager Responded

February 8, 2025After two years and six months I continue to find Aspect on the River a welcoming place! The staff is consistent and helpful any time I have needed. I do like the trash removal procedures, they call valet removal! Downtown Canton is very close and has several restaurants, bars and community events. Nearby walking trails offer plenty of exercise within a very short walk! People friendly place to live!Property Manager Responded
