Decent
December 12, 2023This property is decent. I have seen some improvements with the new management (a slightly more secure lobby with a camera). We’ve had bug issues off and on (contrary to the other reviewer, I haven’t personally seen roaches), but the new management is good about getting pest control out asap. Is it the nicest in town? No. But it gets the job done for someone working their way up in this suburban town. Nowhere else in town are you going to find a place for this price that is open to people under ...55 with water and trash included. It is what you make of it.Property Manager Responded

July 26, 2020I tried for a whole month to get a hold of the property manager, didn’t return any of my calls or voicemails. Went to the actually property twice and nothing. Finally I get a call back with him saying I didn’t leave any info. Which I did in multiple voicemails. Place is sketchy anyways, people coming in and out of sliding glass doors and getting into cars. Probably dealing, someone I know told me that his dealer lives here as well.Review from Apartments.com
