1st Apartment!
April 28, 2020So Aspen courts is my first apartment on my own. In my name & the process was so much more easier than a lot of places I didn’t have to pay for a co signed because I didn’t have renters history they just trusted the fact that I would pay my rent on time which is a big risk in their end . But before moving in last year I read the reviews and only thing caught my attention was how Ms. Rhonda did this and did that also how she was the best leasing agent. I was skeptical because of everything that I ...heard about the apartments. I ended up meeting Rhonda and her energy and personality was just amazing. She worked with me with whatever I needed. No attitude no hassle. In the past it was a lot of work but the associates some together as a whole to try and make it better from Rhonda, to Johnny the maintenance tech, the security etc I’m also seeing their faces! I just wanna say before you make a decision to not move in it’ll get you by, it’ll allow you to save .. I haven’t had no complaints, haven’t had to complain on anybody , it’s quiet don’t really hear a lot of anything but music lol I mind my business but just wanted to say thank you to the Aspen Courts Family .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
