STAY AWAY TERRIBLE STAFF

A family member of mine has been living here since 2021 and the units themselves are overall nice but extremely poorly kept. Any interaction with the staff whatsoever (from maintenance all the way up to the property manager Lawrence) are always unpleasant and most of the time a complete waste of time as your service request or questions/concerns will very often be disregarded or downplayed.

office to raise our concerns to try and upgrade security measures like maybe using the gate that is already in place (but stays upright so defeats the purpose) to allow only tenants in by using the issued key fobs. Lawrence’s reasoning for not using the gate was because people always hit it and run it over so there’s no reason to properly use it and refused to listen to our request.
The upstairs neighbor was noisy yelling every night until early in the morning and would consistently flood our apartment by leaving his water on. After half a dozen notices to the office on this issue nothing was ever done, they never even thought to evict him even though he was causing damage to their properties. Their response was always “we’re not going in there, the apartment is disgusting.”
Service requests take months to process and are typically met with an inconsiderate remark like “it’s not a good time for that” by the rude manager of superintendents.
On top of that, the common areas are constantly littered with trash with loud music at night and full of non tenants constantly.
Overall terrible place to live with a staff that couldn’t care less and are happy to collect rent without doing their jobs.
