Communication is always very good and problems get solved fast. The staff are all very nice. Anytime there’s an issue or something going on involving the property I’ve still been notified via email or text which is great when I’m not home! Pretty quiet as-well!

The apartment was a great place to live I stayed for 4 years and I loved it, Sheena and Melaine were great admin to work with. The were always understanding and accommodating as best they could as were the Maintenance staff they were quick to fix a problem and all were friendly. They are informative and always tried to do something for the holidays even if was just a treat for whatever occasion :)

Best Complex in Pinal

My fiancé and I were considering moving to Arizona for work. While researching the area and places to live we came across this complex. We flew out to AZ a few months after initial contact to see the property and it has to be the most well kept complex I’ve ever seen. The staff were all very nice and helpful and the rents are affordable! If you’re looking for a rental in Casa Grande AZ, I highly recommend this property!

This apartment complex is amazing. The management team and staff here are polite and get things done in a timely manner. The atmosphere here is friendly and inviting. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live. The management team works tirelessly at updating and beautifying the property. They encourage the tenants to participate in holiday decorating contests. They have gym passes and DVDs that can be checked out from the office. It's a great community.
