Gail and her team rock!!
May 10, 2021I am getting ready to resign my lease for another year here at Aspen Creek. This will be my 6th year here. One of the main reason for continuing to resign is Gail Harnett and her team. I have never encountered such an inclusive and empathetic team before as I have encountered here. I have been a renter most of my life and I can honestly say she is the best manager and supports the best team in any apartment community I have ever lived in. DO NOT LIVE HERE, MOLD!!!!!
December 4, 2018The new owners only care about their money. A little over a month before we were moving out we discovered discoloration in our master bathroom. We had maintanence come out and take a look and we were told there was some moisture but no evidence of mold. We went up while the ceiling was open to take pictures and sure enough, there was mold. We even took the evidence into a mold inspection and were told there was mold. The apartment office was very quick to close up the hole without drying it out ...even after admitting there was moisture. Not only did they not do anything correctly they were supposed to they also patched it up incorrectly where you can see all the screwed that weren’t sunk in and the ceiling is now partly sagging from inexperienced work. On top of that, we were not helped out at all for the month of inconvenience we had on top of being lied to. We didn’t bother wasting more time with this company because we knew it would be more of a hassle of us dealing with these people. This was not the only bad experience we have had with this place with this company but it was the final straw and by far the worst. I DO NOT recommend living here. These apartments are only 22 years old and have not been inspected by the new owners to make sure these buildings are safe to live in. They don’t care about the apartments or the tenants, just how much money they collect from them every month, which is way overpriced for the quality of this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible management
July 30, 2018I've been a resident for almost a year and we are now on the 3rd set of property management. Today my vehicle was illegally towed without any notice, meanwhile I have lodged formal complaints about tenants who have as much as 6 vehicles or are storing vehicles on the property and nothing has been done. I parked in an unregistered covered spot because there is no where to park due to the excess amount of illegal vehicles.Property Manager Responded
September 7, 2018We are sorry to hear of your unfortunate situation with your car being towed, but there are signs clearly stating that you will be towed if you park in a carport other than the one registered to you. As far as multiple cars, our lease states you can have one vehicle per lease holder. Since up to 7 adults can live in a 3-bedroom home, then they are allowed up to 7 vehicles. Although we make every effort to ensure cars are not abandoned or being stored on the property, if you feel that a vehicle has been overlooked then please bring this to our attention and we will act accordingly.
