July 17, 2018We lived there for almost 3 years and one of the horrible management I have ever seen. We broke the lease and paid every penny that was due for it. We cleaned every inch of the apartment before leaving but staying for a period of three years will have some impact on the apartment even if we try to return it as we received it. After few months, I got a call from the collection agency demanding 540 dollars charged my Aspen Grove. They did not contact me and directly went to collection. I did not ...get my deposit and ended up paying another 540 dollars. They charge brutally on cleaning and stuffs after you leave. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone. Clean, Comfortable, Quiet
January 17, 2017We have been living here for the last 6 months on a top floor away from the roads. It is pretty quiet considering it's an apartment. The finishes are lovely and make it feel like home (light grey wall paint, tall baseboards, brushed nickel door handles, real wood cabinets with modern handles, new stainless appliances, real granite countertops, nice looking interior doors, and faux-wood blinds). August 16, 2015This living quarters is quite nice. It is in a nice area and the aparments themselves are spacious and comfortable. The appliances are all new and stainless steel with granite counters. The walls and floors are think enough that i dont hear my neighbors at any point. The staff is friendly and helpful and get back to you quickly if you miss them during office hours.
