    1. Nice amenity overall, except that the TV in the lounge without any special channel subscription. 2. Clean house condition and good maintenance support 3. (Sometimes) disappointing lounge maintenance. If the coffee machine in the lounge stops, we should wait over 4 months and spend our money for coffees during that period. The apartment doesn't seem to consider providing temporal alternative like instant coffee.

Our staff was in constant communication with the two vendors involved in supplying/repairing the machine, in order to have this amenity restored as soon as possible. As of the afternoon of Monday, March 16, 2026, the coffee machine is in working order. If you would like to discuss this and your other concerns in further detail, please contact our office; we would be happy to take your suggestions into consideration for improving the living experience for you and your neighbors.

    Perfect location. Excellent amenities. I love the Washer Dryer inside the apt. Very convenient during all weather conditions. Free shuttle service takes the stress off your shoulder to commute to the Umass and also shopping. Friendly staffs. Good gym. Maintenance team is excellent.

    I really enjoy the staff, the hallways are always clean, the amenities included in our rent is a plus. 24/7 gym workout whenever we want to.

    Kind of disappointed that the coffee machine was never fixed. Other than that great place, the gym is nice and apartment is in a good spot for my commute.

    Everyone was so helpful and worked so quickly to get my roommate and me into the apartment post fire at our old apartment. They were so accommodating and made us feel right at home. We are so grateful and excited to join the community.

    I love were I live, it’s a safe and friendly community and can’t imagine renting from anyplace else in Amherst. I like seeing the events held downstairs giving a place to meet some neighbors.

    Aspen heights is nice for living. Although the rental fee is a high level, it deserves for that. The best advantage is it's amenity. I love the coffee machine in the lounge.

    The amenities and services here are great! The surrounding area is also safe and quiet. The staff and maintainence team are really responsive and helpful. I also love using the shuttle bus :)

    The office staff & maintenance are all very friendly, professional and willing to help answer any questions promptly. The interior and exterior grounds are well maintained. So far it has been pretty quiet in the unit during the day and night. By far the best apartment living experience I've had yet!
