March 16, 20261. Nice amenity overall, except that the TV in the lounge without any special channel subscription. 2. Clean house condition and good maintenance support 3. (Sometimes) disappointing lounge maintenance. If the coffee machine in the lounge stops, we should wait over 4 months and spend our money for coffees during that period. The apartment doesn't seem to consider providing temporal alternative like instant coffee.Review from Apartments.com

March 8, 2026Perfect location. Excellent amenities. I love the Washer Dryer inside the apt. Very convenient during all weather conditions. Free shuttle service takes the stress off your shoulder to commute to the Umass and also shopping. Friendly staffs. Good gym. Maintenance team is excellent.Property Manager Responded

December 10, 2025Aspen heights is nice for living. Although the rental fee is a high level, it deserves for that. The best advantage is it's amenity. I love the coffee machine in the lounge.Property Manager Responded

October 2, 2025The office staff & maintenance are all very friendly, professional and willing to help answer any questions promptly. The interior and exterior grounds are well maintained. So far it has been pretty quiet in the unit during the day and night. By far the best apartment living experience I've had yet!Property Manager Responded
