May 14, 2020Price is ok but they have bugs, don’t expect things to get fixed in a timely manner, and they will not give you your deposit back no matter how clean it is.Review from Apartments.com

January 24, 2020Have lived here for a while now. Have spent so much time trying to get maintenance done on multiple areas of the apartment. Poor plumbing and poor management. If you do decide to live here, if you cant afford anywhere else, I would recommend taking photos nearly every day and maybe you can get out with a great case for a lawsuit when they inevitably break the lease or do something else really shady.Review from Apartments.com

January 29, 2019The units are fair for the price, but don't get your hopes up. They will milk you for every penny you have. Also if something is broken don't expect it to get fixed in a timely manor. The structure of the buildings is also questionable, within the last year there was two ceiling cave ins, and tenants were still charged the entire months rent while vacated during repairs. If you chose to live there document everything with pictures, from the day you move in to the day you move out, they will ...charge you for things that were never there.
