March 11, 2025Aspen is a decent place to live for students who attend Drury, OTC and Missouri State. Its a good value for the money and affordable for college students who are looking to invest in a house down the road like I am, be mindful that it is a party apartment complex that has noisy neighbors.Review from Apartments.com

March 2, 2025Aspen is overall a great environment and a great place to live during college. Although, my specific apartment has had many minor issues which can be frustrating. Maintenance is usually quick to respond but it’s majority bandaid fixes. The amenities are great and the environment is very modern which I love.Property Manager Responded

March 1, 2025I love living here and having the strong community around me. However, for the price that I am paying, I feel there should not be pet waste in the stairwell every day, the amenities could be updated, and rent should not be increasing if I renew.Property Manager Responded
