Unfortunately rent is going up!
December 18, 2015Love these apartments. I feel super safe here and the property and apartments are kept up really well. Been here almost a year and have not experienced any crazy, loud or obnoxious neighbors anywhere in the complex. I'm really disappointed that they are raising the rent here though. Being single it's a struggle to make ends meet but I have been making it work because of the affordable rent here. Not anymore though. I don't know where else I'll go now that I won't be able to afford the new higher ...rent. Apartments are so expensive on the west side of Portland which is a main reason I moved to Gresham. Really disappointed in Carla Properties for doing this to us...more $$ in their pockets but now hardships for loyal and good renters.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 9, 2015As apartments go, it's probably the best that I've lived in. Pros: beautiful grounds, friendly, helpful staff, maintenance requests handled quickly. Most of our neighbors are very nice. Cons: cheap appliances (especially the dishwasher). The apartments themselves are nice but nothing special. I would recommend.Review from Apartments.com
