April 15, 2021The buildings are clean and well-maintained. Aspen Hill is located between University Ridge and Hawks Landing golf courses, on the edge of town, yet close enough to both Verona and Madison/Middleton. It's easy to get the dog out for a walk in a peaceful setting and walkable to Dahmen's at Hawks Landing for happy hour or dinner!!!Review from Apartments.com

Satisfied tenant for 5 years
January 16, 2017It´s been five years of good experiences with my apartment at Aspen Hill. Location is perfect, nice and quiet, awesome facilities: rooftop pool, the gym, the community room etc. they all are very well maintained. Also very important: super friendly and helpful staff, every single question and request that I have submitted has been properly and timely answered with great service. The apartment designs are great, spacious, and have lots of light, good insulation, nice and clean carpets. ...appliances are good (fair quality). There are many other details that make this place feel cozy, friendly, clean, safe and modern. So... no complains so far about Aspen Hill. Great place to call home
January 15, 2017Aspen Hill is a wonderful place to live and is the place that I've lived at the longest (4 1/2 years). It truly feels like home to me. The amenities in each apartment are great, as are the amenities in the building. In the main leasing building, there is a beautiful community room that can be rented out for free. I've hosted several events there, including baby showers, birthday parties and work gatherings. The community room is also used for parties for Aspen Hill residents, which are organized ...by Aspen Hill staff. The main building also has a nice gym with several machines and free weights, a quiet study room with a walking treadmill, a rooftop pool, and a vending machine with a variety of beverages. There is an additional pool in the center of all of the apartment buildings. The leasing manager, Jessie, is really friendly, easy to work with, and responsive to any needs that arise. If maintenance is ever needed, they respond quickly. Excellent apartments, great property manager
January 15, 2017I've been living here for two and a half years now, and have no incentive to move. The apartments themselves are very comfortable and well maintained, and they do a great job responding to maintenance requests if anything does go wrong. The few times that I've had to make a maintenance request, they had someone at my apartment to look at the issue within a day, and had it fixed before I get back from work. In addition, they build a sense of community for the property by hosting events for the ...tenants every few months, from pancake breakfasts, to the annual holiday party with rent credit for the ugliest sweater. Great Apartment, Great Location
January 11, 2017I've lived here with my roommate for the past 3 years and I've enjoyed every minute of it. It's located near Verona, so if you work at Epic, that is a huge perk, and if you don't (I work in Middleton)it is not too far from the rest of the west side of Madison and suburbs. It is a nice quiet spot to come back to at the end of the day. The property itself is very well maintained, and the apartments are spacious, clean, and modern, with nice kitchens (which is important to me as I love to cook). The ...rooftop pool area (which also has a grill and a fireplace) is the coolest thing I've ever had in an apartment complex and watching a sunset from up there is a great way to end a hot summer day. Management is responsive and hosts a number of social events and contests throughout the year. Maintenance has always addressed any issues we've had promptly and professionally. Peaceful and Quiet. Excellent Management
January 10, 2017Honestly, I've never had a happier living experience. With the other apartments that I've lived at, there were always certain things that irked me like non-responsive maintenance, poor upkeep, unsafe parking, etc. I think I struck gold with Aspen, and have been a very happy resident for the past 4 months. When I arrived everything was extremely clean, absolutely 0 complaints. Over time, there were minor maintenance issues that have come up due to cold weather, but maintenance was always super ...prompt to respond. Management is also extremely friendly and responsive, I've never had a question go unanswered for more than a day. Location is pretty good too if you don't care too much for needing to be at the center of downtown. It's about 10 minutes from any grocery store you'd like. The amenities here are also amazing, there's 2 really nice grills that are kept pretty clean near the swimming area, so it's perfect for the summer days. Happy tenant for 4 years
August 19, 2015I really like living at Aspen Hill. In comparison to similarly priced apartments in the area, Aspen Hill's amenities are far superior. The rooftop pool includes a bar area, fireplace, and grill. It is a great space for hanging out. The gym is larger than any other apartment gym I've seen; it includes free weights, a weight machine, and cardio machines. The apartments themselves are nice, with decent quality appliances, light fixtures, carpet, etc. Management is responsive to feedback and ...maintenance responds to issues promptly. Aspen Hill is less than 10 minutes from running trails, grocery shopping, and Epic. The only complaint I have about Aspen Hill is that they have raised the price of rent every year I have lived here.
