March 7, 2018There are plenty of nicer places to live in Brunswick. First of all the rent you pay after your first year is outrageous and it keeps going up every year. The real reason I gave this place a one star, however, is because if you are a law abiding citizen this isn't the place for you. This apartment complex likes to let drug addicts, who clearly are doing drugs, and people who forge documents on the internet to say the need a comfort dog live here. If you have children, don't live here. If you are ...elderly, don't live here. If you have a full time job where you actually need to sleep at night, don't live here. I can't wait to leave and go to another apartment, where I will hopefully have better luck with a company who actually enforces not only their lease documents but the LAW.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Affordable Luxury
July 28, 2015I have lived in Aspen Lake for 2 and a half years and love it. The apartments are so much nicer than other apartments for the same or higher rent that I've seen in the Brunswick/Strongsville/Medina area. The units are super clean and come with new carpet and freshly painted walls and my appliances are not old. It felt like I was moving into a brand new apartment. My building is queit and my neighbors are very nice. My apartment is spacious and I have a HUGE walk-in closet. I also pay extra for a ...garage that are available to renters. Some cons are that they do not take dogs and also the workout room is pretty small. But honestly I don't have any complaints about Aspen Lake. It's in a great location and I really enjoy all the luxury amenities without paying a ridiculous amount of rent every month.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 22, 2015When my husband and I decided to sell our house and move into an apartment we had a unique situation. We needed a 2 bedroom apartment for my husband and I and my mother who lives with us and a 3 bedroom very close for our daughter and her 4 sons who because of her job, she needed us for child care. Aspen Lake Apartments was the first ones we looked at and it seemed like it was God sent because there was a 2 bedroom for us and a 3 bedroom right above us for our daughter. We knew we weren't ...going to get anything better than that so we decided to rent before our house was even on the market. The apartment had everything I wanted, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer in the apartment and a patio (a balcony for her).
