    Older, Nice, Clean, Convenient location

    It is an older complex, particularly the kitchens, but compensates nicely by being clean, close to NAU and shopping, and is reasonably priced. My friends were surprised at the grounds and plentiful parking compared to their newer complexes they lived in. This has worked great for me!

    The price and location of this property sold me, and I haven't been disappointed. Management is attentive, 2 stories makes the density pleasant, and although I would prefer a newer kitchen, it is neat and clean, so very manageable. It was a no brainer to renew!

    It is an older complex, but it compensates for this with the convenient location, cleanliness, and reasonable rates. My friends at newer complexes are surprised by the grounds and the plentiful parking. Works for me!

    This is not your typical cheap stick-built, thrown-together new complex; it is a solid, concrete-between-floors, older, garden-type community in a park-like setting, where you will not hear your upstairs or downstairs neighbors. The size of the rooms and closet space is generous as well. The new management is very responsive, and I really like the workout room, spa, and fire pit. The washers and dryers are on-site, not quite as convenient as inside your apartment, but the ease of walking to ...

    So I have lived here for about a year now and I am definitely going to renew. I love the location, its close to all the major freeways and there's a Walgreens and Target around the corner. The hot tub is 24 hours and the Front Office staff are great, super friendly. I would Highly Recommend!

    I'll try to keep it short. New management is awful and does not care about it's residents, answer calls, or follow through with repair requests. Never got my sink fixed. Overall management has practices that have made me question it's legality. apartments (have been to my neighbor's) are in a poor condition and does not compete with other Flagstaff apartments despite them pricing it so.
