Focus made it easy
September 19, 2024Happy with the move in process, the amount of parking and clean laundry room. It’s also lit well at night unlike other places we have lived. Maintenance requests and paying rent are easy through the app. We were able to bring our pets!Review from Apartments.com
Nonexistent maintenance
April 6, 2023The property is not maintained at all since Focus Property Management took over. Snow is not plowed for days. The parking lot and sidewalks are always snow covered, icy, and never salted. The recent updates to the hallways were cheap and rough. Rents have increased a lot and the annual property management fees don't seem to come with any basic management.Review from Apartments.com
Beware
August 1, 2022This description is very old and for London Place. It was bought out by Focus Property Management. Things changed dramatically. Rent went up, have to pay for water. Garages are now $79. Only the 1000 and 1100 back apts get the park like view. Everybody else parking lot/garages and dumpsters. I have moved out due to a $229 rent increase. So a little bitter but this description is so outdated it's not funny.Review from Apartments.com
