  • Bad communication and inaccurate information

    Was very interested in the property and paid two application fees plus the holding fee to hopefully secure a place. We came from out of town trying to get everything done and sign a lease. Scheduled a meeting tour on the website and got confirmation for it and when we got there we found out they were closed. Scheduled another tour and showed up 10 minutes early and no one was there until 40 minutes later. Also read ahead of time that w/s/g was included and found out it wasn’t. Very disappointed.

  • AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    I have lived here for years and this place has gone WAY downhill. This apartment community may seem nice in the pictures, but DON'T fall for it! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The management is impossible to get ahold of and stretched far too thin for the size of the complex-my phone calls and emails go unanswered and unreturned, and whenever I go to the office during office hours, nobody is there. The garbage problem is HORRIBLE, we used to have dumpsters that would overflow ...
    all the time and not get emptied nearly enough, and management's solution was... replace it with a trash compactor that overflows and doesn't get emptied nearly enough. Great thinking guys. And did I mention, eliminating the dumpsters also got rid of the recycling dumpster. In 2022? Really? The mailboxes are old and hardly close/open properly, which is super frustrating when you have a valuable letter/package being held hostage there. I've lived in two different units at this complex and the first one we moved out of because there was a water leak behind the dishwasher they refused to fix, and the floorboards were all warped(yes, they tried to bill us for it which is why you always leave a paper trail). The second unit is okay, we decided we had to downsize from a two bed to a one bed because our two bed was too expensive... we now pay more for our one bed than we did for our two bed after rent increases. We have not received anything extra for the rent increase, in fact the quality of this community has plummeted. Not to mention the gang activity, party houses, people parking in your assigned space, breaking into cars, etc., that always gets met with apathy from management whenever you CAN get ahold of them. "I'm sorry for the bad experience" well I'm sorry I ever chose to live here. Run far, far away if you're looking to rent here.

    Aspen apartments location is amazing. It is a very quiet area and is very close to grocery stores, gas stations, and much more! Communication could be improved with management and getting back to us sooner but that's going to happen everywhere you go! Lastly we though it was a smoke free complex but must not be. We thought that would be good to know thing before even thinking about move in.

    It is a nice place to live. Management is helpful, maintenance are normally immediately available when asked Location is great. Pool is an extra that is great as is the work out room. Been here 6 yrs and have no plans for moving.
