WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!
May 12, 2025I've been living here for 9 months, and this has been by far the noisiest building I've ever lived in. The walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbor's every footstep, every conversation, constant dog barking, and doors slamming. There is no quiet enjoyment in not one room of your own apartment. If you value quiet and peace of mind, Aspen is not the place for you. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The rent is too expensive for the quality of the building to be so cheap. If you're going to have bare ...floors, at least have the decency to soundproof. If you're going to label the building as "luxury", at least have the decency to use better insulation between the units. My experience has been absolutely terrible from day one. I definitely will not be renewing my lease. I'm officially counting the days until I can get out of here.Property Manager Responded

March 26, 2025We moved here March 2, 2024. We decided to renewal our lease for another 18 months. This location makes sense for us because it's close to our jobs. The entire staff is always professional and pleasant. They know us by our names . The building is brand new. It's so peaceful and quiet. It's safe to walk around to enjoy the beautiful pond with ducks and nature. The building interior and exterior is always kept up. If we have any issues they are right on it. They always having community ...gatherings so you can get to know the faces of your neighbors to keep everyone self as possible. We truly appreciate you all for making this our home. Great Apartment!
January 9, 2025Aspen so far has been a great place to live. Our move in experience was very easy and all staff is so accommodating. Maintenance staff fixes things day of or next day and are very friendly. The complex is always clean and the gym is great!Property Manager Responded
