3 Years In and Still Happy
June 11, 2025I’ve been living at Aspire Apartments for 3 years now and honestly, I love it here. The amenities are great and always in good shape, and the leasing office puts on fun events every month that make it easy to meet neighbors. Anytime I’ve had a question or issue, the team has been super responsive and helpful. It really feels like they care about the residents.Review from Apartments.com
Mostly good
October 19, 2022I lived here for a year before moving to the east coast. The apartments were really upscale and all the rooms and halls were well kept and clean. The main issue I have with this place is that the fire alarm ALWAYS went off and there's no way of turning it off, down or making it come out of a different place. I developed nighttime anxiety because of it. Other than that, the place was a great place to live right next to CSUN but beware if you don't want to get nighttime anxiety of a jumpscare fire ...alarm sitting right next to your bed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Horrible Management
December 9, 2021Seems like a beautiful upscale apartment, but once you move in, you realize that it’s literally just a college dorm with luxury apartment prices. It’s brand new, however it’s cheaply made. No one had ever lived in my unit before I moved in, yet the air conditioning filter was CAKED in dust and dirt. The real problem here is the management. The main manager is unfriendly, unapproachable and just annoying. All she does all day is watch the cameras and issue warnings to residents. Often times in ...those cases she gets tenants mixed up and sends warnings/penalties to wrong parties. She is very unprofessional and unfortunately has gotten the rest of the staff to start acting the same. It’s a shame because this place could be really great with other more friendly management.
