I moved into this complex under old management, and I didn't realize it could get worse than it was. Since the new Aspire management has taken over, everything has been like pulling teeth. The only e-mails or phone calls I've had answered ever were only after I gave notice. It's obvious they are wanting to take advantage of the proximity to the future light rail station and increase rents, but seem to do nothing to make actual improvements. Most of the hand railings around the property are more decoration than functional. Seeing them paint over handrails that are held together by warning tape was a real delight. The dog area is basically either a dust bowl or a mud pit with up to 3 black trash bags of dog waste piled up at any given time. There is a MASSIVE rat infestation. Literal parades of rats coming from the dog area specifically but found all over the property. Trust me this just goes on and on.
I couldn't be more disappointed, and have never had such a poor experience in a rental.
