Awesome place to live
July 11, 2025This apartment complex is the best I've ever lived in great community, lovely park and overall just awesome location and the manager is always staying on top of thing this place is awesome only problem would be amenities there's only really the clubhouse and the park would be even more awesome if there was a poolProperty Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
May 22, 2021On our first day we were welcomed by a horrible cigarette smell, a couple days later we found out it was coming from the neighbors downstairs. We contacted the leasing office and even though it went down a little, it never had any lasting effects. We had to duct tape every nook and cranny in the entire apartment to help with the smell. If that wasn’t enough, neighbors repeatedly play loud music throughout the night, not only during the weekends but also weekdays. Imagine waking up to banging on ...the walls, yelling, and loud music at 4:30am on a Thursday, way to start your day. Office was slow to respond and didn’t offer any solutions. We can’t continuously complain without looking like nut jobs. Once our lease is up, we are gone. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Horrible place to live. DO NOT RENT HERE
February 5, 2019I would not rent with Affinity again if the alternative were living under a bridge. They are as shady as it gets. Pay your rent on time consistently, and they will raise it consistently, they will try to find every excuse to fine you, refused to explain rental agreement, appartments are kept in poor condition, worst of all after paying our rent on time for 2 years they are trying to fine us $100 for being a day late. Worst business eithics I have ever encountered, I would not recommend these ...people to my worst enemy. Professionalism and decency mean nothing to them, they are the reason laws need to be passed to protect tenants because they are way too excited to take advantage of people any way they can.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful place to live
March 2, 2018I have lived in these apartments for sometime (5 years) and have loved it here. Red Sunset Park is just across the street and I love taking walks and feeding the ducks there! And if you have kids it's great safe spot for them to run and play! The apartments themselves are wonderful and have plenty of room inside with ample storage and for someone like me with a bad back having a jacuzzi tub is a great bonus! The grounds are well groomed and free of garbage and with all the trees around you feel ...like you're cradled in nature instead of in the heart of a city! And the staff here are just wonderful! They are always incredibly professional, kind, patient and happy to answer any and all questions! And they do their best to work with you should something come up like needing a battery for a fire alarm or making sure your pet is safe if they need to come in and you can't be there! And on that note if something needs to be replaced or fixed their maintenance folks are wonderful, quick and if it is something that will take time they communicate such with you! BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD
August 29, 2015I THINK MY APT IS NICE. I LIKE THE 6MTH OPTION SO I AM NOT SUCK IF I DECIDE I DON'T LIKE IT. PLUS THE PARK ACROSS THE STREET IS GREAT ,I CAN GO FOR WALKS AND WATCH THE KIDS PLAY BASKETBALL THEN HAVE A PICNIC. THEY KEEP THE AREA CLEAN AND WELL UP KEEP. ALSO HAVE ONLINE ACCESS FOR TENANTS TO REVIEW ACCOUNT, PAY RENT AND MUCH MORE AT YOUR FINGERTIPS.Property Manager Responded
