The air conditioner was out and prompt action by everyone involved kept us cool for the evening. Love the pool and the gym. September 11, 2025This has been a wonderful place to live. The location is incredibly convenient, with so much to do right nearby. The elevator is a great amenity that makes daily life so much easier. My only major suggestion for the management would be to upgrade the appliances; a new washer, dryer, and refrigerator would make a huge difference. August 8, 2025This community has been great. Even when we have run into problems with the new management, they have been on top of it. We have had roaches for the last two months, but pest control has been great at responding and coming every other week to spray. We can tell it’s going down, we use to see anywhere between 10-20 roaches a night and had to kill them all to maybe 4-5X and hoping this will all be over soon. The pool was closed until May, when it finally open after renovations and repairs, so ...that was quite the bummer, but glad it’s open! The gym is great! Wish there was more equipment or more free weights/plates. But then again; it’s free with rent, so beats paying for a gym member ship.Property Manager Responded
