Very peaceful and sanitary area. Lost of stuff to do nearby. The pool is also amazing. The workers here are also courteous and do their job very well. No pests and no crazy neighbors since I’ve been here.

The best apartment living experience I’ve had. The prices are reasonable and the community is always clean. Maintenance is fast and professional as well as the leasing staff. We may share the location and schools with surrounding properties but the maintenance and leasing staff really set this community apart from the competition.

Love living here! The staff is outstanding shout out to the girls in the office and Fernando who answered my service call! The air conditioner was out and prompt action by everyone involved kept us cool for the evening. Love the pool and the gym. This has been a wonderful place to live. The location is incredibly convenient, with so much to do right nearby. The elevator is a great amenity that makes daily life so much easier. My only major suggestion for the management would be to upgrade the appliances; a new washer, dryer, and refrigerator would make a huge difference. Still, I recently signed another lease because the overall experience is excellent and it really feels like my own home.

This community has been great. Even when we have run into problems with the new management, they have been on top of it. We have had roaches for the last two months, but pest control has been great at responding and coming every other week to spray. We can tell it’s going down, we use to see anywhere between 10-20 roaches a night and had to kill them all to maybe 4-5X and hoping this will all be over soon.
