Thin ceilings…if you value sleep then live elsewhere.
March 12, 2022The facilities are nice and the front office staff are courteous and pleasant. However, STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS if you value sleep. It is midnight right now and my upstairs neighbors are stomping around like they are running a marathon. It shakes the ceilings in my apartment. No one can sleep through this loud noise. I tried to move to the top floor, but once you sign the lease they really don’t care how miserable you are here. This is the worst place I have ever lived just on the noise ...alone. April 26, 2019I lived at Aura for 18-months. The staff is amazing! Everyone is professional and always willing to accommodate you in a friendly and professional manner. The maintenance team is the best. Prompt and friendly all the time. The complex is very quiet and well maintained. You can’t beat the location either. Great Place, Great Location, Great People!
October 19, 2018Living here at Aura was probably the best move that I could have made. I 'love' my spacious apartment. There is so much closet space that previous places I lived lacked. If ever there are any issues in my apartment, maintenance is there in the most timely manner and efficient. The maintenance guys are awesome. When entering in and out of the building during the day, I am 'always' greeted with smiles and super friendly conversations from the staff. I feel very comfortable and safe here at Aura. ...And, as for the location, it can't be beat! For someone like myself who loves to shop, I can walk to all the stores. Best Buys, BedBathandBeyond, Target, Pier1, Barnes and Noble, Harris Teeter, and not to mention the numerous restaurants and more. Best apartment Building I've been a part of!!
April 4, 2018All in all my experience was awesome. I definitely did not want to move. Had to move for work. The office staff is amazing. Both Ashley's rock!! Maintenance staff was amazing. Shout out to Steve! Great Pool area, Gym and club house. Almost every month there's something planned for all residence at the club house. Last month was bingo and paint night is coming up in April.
