Horrible renting experience I ever had
August 2, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comIt’s totally a joke to rent a apartments here! I submitted my application about one month ago. Paid 300 for application fees and holding fees. No any update!! no progress !! No one is calling or emailing me within a month. I tried to contact them couple of times to query my application status. Got the same answer that the leasing contract will be ready in a day or two. But where is it? I didn’t get any response from them regarding my application after a month. There is only five days left to ...the expected move in date. Got no response still. I was trying to visit there office on Monday. No one is there to help solve my problem!! it’s totally unacceptable! Never rent apartment in this crappy place unless you want to waste your money and time!Read More

July 14, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI set up an appointment to tour via email, took work off to be there, and then was turned away by some other woman when I got there. She just kept saying that he made a mistake. She wouldn’t even let me tour the property and said there were no units available. I left. This place sucks!
Unresponsive Staff
June 30, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comDo NOT rent here. They were purchased by FPI and immediately stopped doing anything. Office staff is nowhere to be found, maintenance has stopped, resident website is now useless, no communication whatsoever. No one is responding to emails, phone calls, online requests or office visits as things continue to breakdown. There are plenty of places to rent, this is the last place you want to choose.
