WORST PLACE TO LIVE
March 27, 2022Office is never open. Trash is always overflowing. Glass everywhere. No parking!!!!! Screaming kids running all over the streets at all hours. Trash everywhere. Property is kept badly. Apartments were badly renovated. Better off living in a barn!Review from Apartments.com

September 23, 2020I just want to say that Aster Park apartments are a Great place to live, we have been here for 5 years, and are very pleased with it. We love the Management and they are quick to take care of any issues or special request we have. We have all the Amenities we need...Laundry onsite ( we are in one of the Apartments without a washer and dryer) Pool for those Hot Summer days and a Gym to get our workout in. We love living here!
September 23, 2020My partner and I moved into Aster Parc last February and the process from touring units to move-in was quick and easy! Everyone who works in the front office is so nice and I've never gone without a response to an email or maintenance request for more than a day or so--always a perfectly reasonable amount of time. Even the maintenance crew is super nice and very efficient. We haven't had many issues by any means but anything we've ever needed fixed has been addressed right away. April 29, 2020I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and am so pleased with every aspect. Don't feel closed in with places to walk within complex and nice grassy areas for children to play and where animals can get exercise. I am 73 and feel safe and nice neighbors. The mgmt responds to all concerns as soon as possible and communicates with residents often. Wonderful place to live.Property Manager Responded
