I have lived in these apartments for 5 years. I like how quiet it is. The prompt responses from the office team and maintenance team. Living right next to a high school it’s only loud during football season, but it’s kind of cool. Great place to live.

I lived in Astoria for 6 months and I loved it there. Very nice property, beautiful back yards, and the management is so friendly and helpful. This is a premium apartment for a great price with a great management team. They have garbage service that you just leave it at your door and they come get it. It’s like a fancy hotel, hardwood floors and USB ports in all the outlets.

The Apartments themselves are super nice. We just moved in last year and love the apartment. but we were told and under the impression that there was lots of parking all the time before we moved in because that was a concern of ours. They lied. There's almost no parking and some spots are very small so my car wont even fit in them. And while we happily oblige by the two car rule (we have more cars kept elsewhere), there are other tenants with more vehicles than that taking up many spots. ...
Management also does nothing about the people outside in the middle of the night making lots of noise and yelling. It's not every night but its enough to be extremely annoying.

I have 9 years living here in emerald park and is safe for my children to go out and play instead , it is a quiet and very clean . the two managers are very friendly and are aware of the city residents need .
