Super nice and taken care of
October 26, 2020I lived in Astoria for 6 months and I loved it there. Very nice property, beautiful back yards, and the management is so friendly and helpful. This is a premium apartment for a great price with a great management team. They have garbage service that you just leave it at your door and they come get it. It’s like a fancy hotel, hardwood floors and USB ports in all the outlets.Property Manager Responded

April 29, 2020The Apartments themselves are super nice. We just moved in last year and love the apartment. but we were told and under the impression that there was lots of parking all the time before we moved in because that was a concern of ours. They lied. There's almost no parking and some spots are very small so my car wont even fit in them. And while we happily oblige by the two car rule (we have more cars kept elsewhere), there are other tenants with more vehicles than that taking up many spots. ...Management also does nothing about the people outside in the middle of the night making lots of noise and yelling. It's not every night but its enough to be extremely annoying.Property Manager Responded

So, we've considered this and in the years since "Emerald Park Apartments" there have been a lot of community oriented improvements that everyone can enjoy... and there's more to come! Improvements include: Central courtyard with barbecues & picnic tables Fitness center with 24/7 resident access Package room with a package locker for secure delivery of your orders and Office building with seating, computer access & WiFi access for your business needs Updated playground that includes bench seating K9 hydro therapy room (dog wash station) Private gated dog park with agility course obstacles ...
