January 16, 2025I wish I can give this place 0 stars. This complex is a mess, there is garbage everywhere!! Neighbors blast music at all hours of the day and I've contacted management about it several times and they do not care. Water can be shut off without any notice. When it recently snowed they didn’t plow until 5-6 days later and last winter they didn’t even bother plowing the parking lot. My last straw was my car getting broken into, there is 0 sense of safety, there are multiple car break ins, people ...stealing and breaking into apartments, and a child recently dying on the property. I spoke with someone at the leasing office and how I feel unsafe and they did not care at all and said it will be over $2.5k to break the lease and it would still have to be in my unit for 2 months before I can leave even with paying the listed amount which is absolutely ridiculous. This place is not worth the rent they are charging and there are several empty units by me because no one wants to live here trust me.Property Manager Responded

No vivas aqui
June 16, 2024Tengo cerca de dos años viviendo aquí, nunca reparan nada en todo este tiempo no he tenido aire acondicionado siempre dicen que vendrán a repararlo, hice una renovación el año pasado con la promesa de que reparación el aire ahora mismo toca renovación otraves del contrato y saben que ni loca vuelvo a renovarlo con promesas falsas. Dicen que si vinieron. A repararlo y oh sorpresa reviso mis cámaras y nadie se ha aparecido. Vivo solo con abanicos por todo el apartamento es insoportable el calor a ...eso súmele la plaga de cucarachas y ratones que hay trato de controlarlos por mi cuenta pero no es justo por que ellos ya te incluyen el control de plagas. Estoy desesperada por cambiarme de aquí. Solamente se ven bonitos por fuera por dentro nada que ver.Property Manager Responded

My apartment floods with no assistance from Complex
May 3, 2024My apartment has flooded three times now I have reported before all three leaks that’s it was an issue they have lied and tried to tell me it was in my mind you can’t see something without breaking down where it’s coming from oh no my loft needs repaired and I want another unit at the same price or cheaper they refuse to move me without me paying more. Beware when applying for an appartment
April 15, 2023I applied and my app was denied. The fees included app fee and a deposit. The apartment list these together and now they are trying to keep my deposit for an apartment I did not get. I am working through my bank now. Be careful when applying hereReview from Apartments.com

Amazing Place to Live!!!
April 14, 2020The staff here is absolutely amazing!! We have lived here for a year and we just resigned another lease. Everyone from Desiree - Assistant Property Manager, Damon - Leasing Agent, Rodney - Maintenance Supervisor, and James - Maintenance Staff have made our living experience beyond words. The transition from our first apartment to our new one was seamless and easy. Great Experience with this property!
June 12, 2019I just wanted to brag about my initial experience with Ana and Astoria Park Apartments. I was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in a fairly short timeframe, so I narrowed down a area on the west side. It was an area with a few different property choices. So I decided to just walk-in and see what each property had to offer and the atmosphere at each location had, as well as the amenities. The one out of 5 or 6 I looked at and toured was Astoria Park Apartments, it was lacking one of the items that ...was high on my must have list. However, this property had everything else I wanted, the property was clean, I love the lakes! But MOST of all was the warm welcome I received from my leasing agent Ana, she was patient, understanding, very down to earth, not pressuring! It was because of her I knew this was the property I wanted to rent from. Upon moving in they added a washer and dryer connection in the apartment, (that was the only thing it didn’t have that I wanted). Maintenance is very good at fixing items in a timely manner as well! I then met the property manager Tracy and she was just as nice and welcoming as everyone else at this property! Terrible
March 20, 2019I'd love to give it no stars. So far, this has been one of the worst experiences with a rental I've ever had. I've had employees enter in to my apartment without my consent numerous times after I specifically stated I wanted to be told beforehand with either a phone call or a text. I've made so many noise complaints that have never been addressed or resolved. I never even got a return call. If my walls are shaking and I can hear the music word for word there is definitely a problem. Outside my ...front door (because of neighbors next to and below me), there is almost always a smell of marijuana. One of the girls in the office laughed at me when I told her this. I'm being charged to break my lease 2 months worth of rent still after dealing with all of these issues. No one here seems to care and it's very unfortunate. Just moved in.
March 17, 2019Just moved in yesterday. This morning there was no hot water in the shower. The young lady in the office was very nice. She immediately called maintenance, he was there in 20 minutes, and had the problem taken care of in no time.Property Manager Responded

January 29, 2019moved here in during September of 2018 Damond was helpful in finding what i was looking for in no time. the office staff was friendly, showed gratitude, and knowledge. Love it Here!
December 10, 2018I started living here in 2014 drifted away and now I’m back! This is a very quiet neighborhood with a very kind office staff. Damon is a leasing specialist that I would recommend to anyone. He is fun, friendly, personalble, knowledgeable, AND bilingual. He definitely has made my move in experience nothing short of amazing. This community is perfect it contains a 24 hour fitness center, a pool, a kids playground, a tennis court, and a clubhouse that’s available for family events.
