Not safe! Do not move here!
February 3, 2026Currently, the fire suppression system is broken and there have been carbon monoxide leaks reported throughout the building. Lives are at risk with no urgency in fixing anything! Elevators are constantly broken, with "repairs" only lasting a few days. Hence, elevator wait times are long, especially as moves continue to be scheduled despite only 1 elevator for 30 floors. Trash is piling up in the chute and in the trash room causing terrible smells. Building is not secure and thus any one can ...access it at any time. Almost all of the amenities they advertise are broken. They are no longer permitted to have a pool so it is likely permanently closed. Gym equipment is broken. Maintenance staff are non existent and management is non responsive. I do not write this lightly as this place used to be amazing and it is in such a great location, it is so sad to see what has become of it under the management of 3L. Do not rent
October 26, 2025I’ve lived in Astoria tower for just over 2 months. It’s the worst managed property I’ve ever rented, There is only 1 working elevator for 30 floors and it’s been this way for a month. My washing machine has been broken since I moved in. I have submitted maintenance requests, gone into the leasing office, and attempted every possible avenue for getting it fixed. There is a bug problem in my apartment, It took over a month to get a pest control technician out to my unit. There are unsealed ...cracks in the flooring and wall behind appliances they’ve still not fixed. I was told when I moved in the missing doors in my unit would be replaced before I moved in. They were not. I was told the rug would be replaced because of staining, missing and ripped carpet, and it was not. I could go on, but the view and soaking tubs are not worth the poor management. Door Dash deliveries or large grocery deliveries aren’t allowed to go up to your apartment. It can take over 20 minutes to get the 1 working elevator to pick up an order. There was a recent fire in the building and the fire suppression system isn’t operable. Do not rent from here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 5, 2024My lease is ending soon, and I must say, the location has been fantastic with everything within walking distance. Francy, the property manager, has been incredibly helpful and made my stay truly enjoyable. If you need to get things solved, I would recommend sending an email directly to her. The leasing staff in the office were also very helpful with any requests I had. If it weren't for my job taking me back to California, I would have definitely renewed my lease. Security issues and terrible management
May 15, 2024I lived in the building for 2 years and the management and building quality has just gotten worse and worse. Key fob hasn't been working for over a year that compromises security of the building - anyone can walk in and access your floor. Elevators, garage door and other amenities constantly break. Hot tub in swimming pool broke many months ago and never reopened. And worst of all, BIKES ARE STOLEN from within the building. Management doesn't allow you to store your bike in your apartment and you ...have to store it in their "secure" room. But over the last few months 5 bikes, including mine were stolen by strangers who can easily walk in because there is no security key or camera around. Management refused to resolve the issue or offer compensation for my very expensive stolen bike. Do not move here. It outrageous for the price they are asking.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible
March 27, 2024I am utterly disgusted with the state of affairs at Astoria Tower Apartments. Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare from day one. Initially charmed by their smiles, we soon realized their friendliness was a facade. Within the first week, we faced numerous issues, each requiring multiple repair requests. Though they addressed these problems efficiently, the frustration of moving into such a problematic apartment cannot be understated. The ongoing saga with the elevators is beyond ...frustrating. It seems like there's a maintenance sign hanging up every week, and the fact that these elevators are shared with the public garage only adds onto the issue. The constant breakdowns have created a logistical nightmare, resulting in unbearable traffic flow when even just one elevator is out of service. To make matters worse, the security of the building has been compromised for months due to the broken key fob entrance. This negligence poses a significant risk to residents, as anyone can enter the building freely and access our floors. The liability this presents is absolutely unacceptable and should have been addressed with the utmost urgency. On top of these ongoing issues, the chronic malfunctioning of the AC during the summer months is intolerable. And despite the building's supposed non-smoking policy, the persistent odor of marijuana lingers into our apartment and causes an unhealthy living environment, especially with someone who has asthma. Despite numerous complaints, management has turned a blind eye, offering nothing but empty promises and ineffectual emails. Management from Astoria Tower(Francy) and even upper management (Josh) from 3L Living has yet to respond. It's abundantly clear that management's sole priority is rent collection, with no regard for the well-being or satisfaction of their tenants. Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. Satisfied and Recommend Astoria
June 22, 2020extremely satisfied. 1. The location is fantastic. 2. Views from nearly every unit are gorgeous and they allow Dogs at the building ! 3. Everyone of the staff is very friendly including Lily , Donna, Nicole, Jeanine, Daryle , Alex , Diamond, Mars, & Tay are not only welcoming but truly care about the residents and the neighborhood feeling , It shows trust me. Ignacio and his cleaning crew are constantly cleaning, I mean constantly. IF there is ever anything that goes out inside the unit or on ...premises, they are working and most importantly resolving the issue quickly 4. The Gym, Indoor Pool , Sauna/ Spa , community Office area, and covered garage parking are always kept clean 5. The units themselves are quite large, some w huge balconies and all with Gas Stoves and in unit Washer w. Gas Dryers which is a huge plus 6.
