Best complex in Celebration!
March 18, 2024I recently moved to Astoria at Celebration apartments, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. It's the perfect place to call home, especially for those working at Disney. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is delightful. The office team is incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any inquiries or concerns. February 9, 2024I recently moved into Astoria at Celebration, and it's been fantastic! The apartment's modern design, spacious layout and a ton of windows make it a joy to come home to. The community amenities, like the pool and fitness center, are excellent, and the location in Celebration is perfect for convenience and entertainment. October 22, 2021Elevators are a constant issue during the summer time with the heat. (out of order). Up keep of the facilities is not up to the standards (grass, dirty stairs, sidewalks etc.). Walls are paper thin, so you will be disturbing your neighbors and they will disturb you if for example TV is a bit higher than normal volume. May 16, 2020We can start by addressing that this entire complex has been condemned by the local government for shoddy construction. Not to mention the constant changing of management groups and legal woes. This place advertises “luxury” and demands a luxury rent. But despite the really nice clubhouse and pool, this place is anything but luxury. The construction is cheap, walls paper thin, they want ridiculous amounts for a garage and, like most management groups that are financially upside down on a ...property, nickel and dime tenants like crazy. The amenities they list on their website are also highly exaggerated. For example, USB wall outlets: my 2 bed 2 bath apartment had ONE USB port on ONE wall outlet, located of all places under the built-in nook in the living room. The prices would have to be cut in half for this place to even approach being worth the rent. If you decide to rent, good luck during hurricane season. Only time will tell if the construction woes that resulted in the complex’s condemnation were properly addressed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Regret moving in
April 6, 2020Apartments are built very cheaply. Drastic difference between the lobby versus the actual units. Walls are extremely thin, have complained several times about noisy neighbors playing music at all hours of the day/night and staff doesn’t seem to care. Maintenance is lazy, shows up whenever they like with no regard for your time/schedule (called to get something simple fixed, was told they’d be right over, waited for 2 hours before going to office to speak to someone, was told maintenance went on ...lunch without any notification to me). Can’t stress how cheesy everything is- outlets feel like they are going thru the wall when plugging anything in, floors aren’t level, I’m on the third floor and can hear every time the garage door on the first floor opens/closes. Astoria is equipped with a lot useful amenities to enjoy. Since I work from home, a business center was essential and a "must have" in my apartment search. The buildings are always kept clean, everything is brand new, neighbors are really friendly, and the apartment is big and comfortable with luxury amenities and a great view. I use the gym at least twice a week, and its got everything I need so was able to cancel my membership and save some $$.
