December 17, 2025The issue isn't that management is bad, but rather that people aren't listening to them. This is problematic because some residents are taking advantage of the lack of enforcement and doing whatever they want, disregarding the rights of others. The leasing team is always available whenever i have any questions or concerns and the management team is also always willing to help any way that they can. October 15, 2025As a whole, the apartment is clean and lovable, but the noise outside and inside could be bigger than expected. The customer service from the concierge and leasing management is pretty good. But I discovered some spikes on the edges of carpets in rooms. Whenever I step on the parts, it hurt my feet pretty hard. I want it to be repaired as soon as possible.Property Manager Responded

September 29, 2025Astrid is a very beautiful European style space and the surroundings are very clean. The building is located in a very open and environmentally conscious area with trees and plants everywhere making the air quality very high.Property Manager Responded
