June 6, 2025NEW MANAGEMENT IS TRASH. CANT EVEN DO SIMPLE MATH. We literally had to hold their hand and walk them through our bill to leave. They are rarely at the desk to help with anything. Our power was out in kitchen for a week. In the winter homeless men sleep in the stairwells so watch your kids. Package room is always a mess good luck finding your things. Gate is always broken but they still charge for parking. They break into cars all the time. Everyone smokes. Management is too scared to talk to ...residents so they do everything to avoid you. Overpriced headache. Pay portal is never working so be prepared to get a money order and good luck trying to find them for a receipt.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

My 8 month review
December 30, 2023Hello, for anyone looking for a quiet and laidback place to move in I would suggest this complex. I moved in earlier this year and waited to give a full thought out review. The amenities are amazing and I was instantly sold on the tour. However, I did have to wait about 45 mins after my scheduled appointment. My fob key finally has access to ALL the appropriated amenities. The property/leasing staff are always welcoming and kind but because they're short staffed at times you can't find ...assistance. This location is amazing and right by the train. I don't like the thin walls because you can hear kids running down the hallways or even upstairs. Sometimes I do smell marijuana through the vents which can be frustrating. All and all this is a good quiet place to live.Property Manager Responded

September 9, 2022I recently moved in at Atelier and they have exceeded my expectations. Ebenezer (manager) and Monique (leasing agent) has made my move in process seamless and easy. I’m so grateful to be surrounded by such caring building management and staff. Ebenezer went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met and continues to do so today! They both helped me secure my dream apartment. The amenities are great and you’re literally a few steps from the metro. The building is clean, quiet and well and ...well kept. What more can you ask for? They do an exceptional job juggling over 300 units/tenant personalities so please be patient with them as they are human and give Atelier a chance.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2022Things that have happened over my 13month lease: 1.) car got towed from my own spot after they changed the pass without proper notice 2.) fire alarm randomly gets triggered once a month sometimes at 1-3 am on a work day 3.) changed mailbox key without proper notice 4.) Miss charged us on rent twice 5.) refused to give us a ledger of payments each month after we kept asking since it was “against policy” 6.) use of tenant portal is broken, doesn’t send me emails or updates due to a flaw that ...happened when they put me in the system 7.) no free visitor parking. (5$ per day and you have to give notice)Property Manager Responded

May 8, 2022Well not being able to enjoy the amenities anytime you want is an issue. All of the doors are keyfob accessible so I don’t understand how the 6pm curfew thing works. But the doors are like shut off after a certain time and the keyfob does not work. Not having an officer at the front desk 24/7 is also an issue. Don’t move here
March 29, 2022Don’t move here. You’ll pay $500 amenity fee and not be able to use them because you have to pay to reserve. The “rooftop” deck (I use quotes because it’s not even really the rooftop. It’s level with the 4th floor and overlooks the 4th floor parking) is not available by reservation only. And the other amenities are open during working hours and after 6 pm are reservation only and at least $200 minimum.Property Manager Responded

Bad appliances and poor communication
March 27, 2022I’ve been here for 10 months and I don’t think I will be staying when my lease expires. Management has not been consistent or honest with certain things. I also have brand new appliances that look very pretty but don’t work well. I initially paid a 300-400 amenity fee that covers use of the gym,pool,trash,courtyards, and roof top decks. Now out of nowhere they charge you an additional 200$ plus a deposit to rent the roof top deck and grills. So now I can’t use what I initially paid for and on-top ...of that they never told us about the change. I’m also irritated that I have to use my balcony to store my bike because there is no bike room as they promised on their website. This building charges for everything and for things that don’t even exist yet. They even charge for parking which is ridiculous at this point because they gates don’t even work, so nothing is secure. The front desk staff are also not always available during the hours they say they’re open and that is concerning for food deliveries and guest.Property Manager Responded

Poor Communication
December 21, 2021Spent 3-4 Months calling to get information on becoming a tenant here. Continuously got the run around, their leasing phone number worked intermittently, and office staff were dishonest about rental information. This is not a safe area, the front desk is not 24/7, their parking garage structure is not secure, and front desk staff will lie to you when you ask for a manager.
