I lived here for 3 years while attending OU. The office staff was always super friendly and helpful. Maintenance was always quick to address any issue. I couldn't be any closer to my classes. Nice nice and quite neighborhood.

I've lived at the Station Street apartments for a year no and have zero complaints. The interior is homie and very large for the price. I live in a non-renovated apartment and the appliances still seem newer. You do have to supply your own furniture and pay separate electric and cable/internet. The water is included. I never seem to hear people in other apartments, and it is a pretty quiet complex. The staff is nice and helpful, but they can be hard to reach in the odd hours when the office is ...
closed. The location is ideal with an extremely short walk to class as well as to town. Overall, I've been extremely happy there!
