Waste of money
July 29, 2025Waste of money. Parking is a joke. You are supposed to be guaranteed at least one spot in your lease yet I find myself parking 3 buildings away every night because guests are taking up all the spots. Amenities are constantly in a state of disrepair. Pool is closed more often than it’s open. Packages are frequently stolen and management has offered no explanation or solution. Trash pickup is spotty at best and the rules for pickup are constantly changing. Don’t even get me started on the noise. ...Walls are paper thin and there is no sound proofing whatsoever. You are better off looking elsewhere in West Ashley.Property Manager Responded
