Loud and disturbing
July 4, 2020So bad place to live if you have small kids or work nights. Manager never tell you when they are going to disturb renters. Like when they send tree/bush trimmers to work right outside your windows. It is very very loud. Workers so loud when workers yell at more workers. It scared my 8 month old while he sleep. Son still shaking 2 hours after the work stop 4 hours later. 5 men outside my kids window working weed whackers, bush trimmers, leaf blowers. Too much! Not one manager email us to tell ...work happening yesterday. Workers kno for week they to do trimming. Managers liar and no care to disturb renting families. They no care to scare kids. Do this all the time. My husband thinks Evana is rude. She never answer questions. Lie how long work take. My Husband work nights\sleeps days. managers know but tell us nothing still. Never They send men on ladders 6 time in 2 years. Last year we catch man worker looking in my son,s bedroom. Manager no care. Son wake when trimming tree with electric saw next to crib. Son saw man looking at him thru window. my sleeping husband wake and go talk at worker. Why no people tell Son had nightmares from scary loud noises for long time. He cry very much at nite. We talked to manage from the office. She said she had no idea. No one from office know. The company just did it. She liar. Husband talk to the workers they know a weeks before time. Apartment run so bad. No respect. If you have kids or sleep during the day no move here . Can’t trust Manager. We want cut lawn and bush they always overgrown but we want email before work begin. Only fair and plan for loud noise. Complex loud lots of times. Music fireworks people arguing. Too much. Workers blow dirt in house thru windows when open. The apartments itself aren't terrible but..
August 15, 2018When you step into the apartments at Atlantic Heights they are actually pretty nice. The problems begin when you need to start dealing with management/maintenance. Maintenance requests go unnoticed for weeks, management could honestly care less. It really is a shame because the living space has potential.Review from Apartments.com
We Feel at Home at Atlantic Heights
September 21, 2015My wife and I (and our cat) moved into Atlantic Heights not long ago, and we absolutely love it. We looked at about 12 different apartment communities in central and southern NJ, and nothing was nearly as nice as this. We’ve got a 2-bedroom townhome, and I think it’s one of the best-designed layouts I’ve seen. Specifically, features like 9-foot ceilings and tall windows make it feel more like a separate home. The kitchen is bigger than you normally see in a unit like this. There are lots of nice ...details throughout, and decent closet space. All space is used wisely. Perhaps most important, we cannot hear our neighbors through the walls, except maybe someone closing a door – but just barely. One negative is that the three or four buildings in front border a busy road (Barnegat Blvd.), so there’s traffic noise. However, these units are so sound-proofed that you barely hear it with windows closed. Even with windows open, it’s not bad if you run an air purifier or fan. The gym is amazing -- even has flat screen TVs, and it's open beyond office hours. On the practical side, there’s one central collection area for trash and recycling, surrounded by trees so you don't see it. And you can't smell it either, because they use an ionization machine that neutralizes all odors in the area. No kidding! The office staff is ultra-professional and courteous, right from the time you first call or come in to apply. We feel at home here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 5, 2015These Walter's Homes apartments are spacious and full of wonderful amenities. They have 5 different floor plans to choose from, including 2 that are townhouse style (I have the smaller of these styles) which have an upstairs, downstairs, front and back doors. These apartments have full sized washers and dryers in each unit. The clubhouse has a pool, tennis court, basketball court, workout room, and pool table. There is a centrally located playground with a large flat grass area which is often ...full of kids playing tag, football, kickball etc. it is very easy to use the website to pay rent or schedule a visit from maintenance. July 27, 2015I have had a wonderful experience living at Atlantic Heights.The professionalism of the staff in the leasing office. The maintenance crew is awesome the convenience of online bill pay and maintenance request. Prompt response to all maintenance issues. Always courteous, you can count on them in winter even at night they are out plowing the snow to ensure we are safe driving through the community. July 25, 2015I've been here for acouple months now. Between the fitness center, pool, club house and everything else I can honestly say this is the nicest place around. You can have animals as well so there is not much restrictions. Great and homey place to live and reside in for a long time.
