June 2, 2025Overall love living here and decided to renew my lease. My apartment was newly renovated and up to modern standards. I rarely have maintenance issues but the couple of times I have, maintenance came so quickly. Joyce from the leasing office is so professional, helpful, and kind! Great place to live
December 1, 2022You are very close to the beach and a beautiful of view of the city at night or during the day! Have shopping close by and restaurants! The facility is very quiet and updated. I’ve been here for a couple months now and all my neighbors have been awesome! I did the add on for the garage and you can find a car and or a lot of stuff in there!Property Manager Responded

Nice Apartment close to the Beach
