September 19, 2025I love the apartment. It’s cozy and very quiet here. The place was very clean when we moved in. I also love having two bathrooms. The only thing I would like to change is to have more than just one lock on the door. Any other apartment I have ever lived in has had two locks on the door. September 14, 2025It would be nice if this really was a community that we could get to know our neighbors. There is no directory of people living here so no real way to get acquainted. I have lived here a year and a half now and I know the people on my floor, and two others living here because I have met them at other organizations elsewhere. There are very few get-together opportunities even though the management staff keeps saying they will do more. I don't mind much because I have lots of other ...opportunities to work with people in the area and lots of friends in the greater Brunswick area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 7, 2025It has been just a year since I moved in. I have enjoyed it very much. Everyone at the office has been helpful and cordial. Kyle has been very responsive to the very few items needing repair. I have recommended living here to many friends. I wish there was some way to get to know the residents living. In the various buildings, perhaps a passworded directory or a group page by invitation. It is hard to remember names when we have gatherings. I would love to have some raised gardening plots ...as I am a Master Gardener. Otherwise, I love living here close to all Brunswick and surrounding areas. NancyProperty Manager Responded

February 4, 2025I recently moved into Atlantic Pointe. From the moment my daughter and I walked into the Leasing Office, Byron and Jared were nothing but exceptional. They made, what typically is a very daunting task of moving, a seamless process. They are extremely professional, yet very compassionate, in assisting us through this process.
