Atlantic on the Avenue is a great place to live!
October 24, 2025We felt in love when we first came and the experience living here has been very good so far. The staff is always willing to help when we need something to be fixed or resolved, specially Alex. He is very attentive and always tries to find the right solution in a short time. Loud
August 3, 2023People insist on partying at the pool area way past midnight, one going past 2:40am. Management has sent several letters regarding the lack of respect to the rules and others. The sound insulation between floors is bad. You can hear every single step. I do not recommend this place.Review from Apartments.com
The property is falling apart and management points the blame at imaginary owners
November 21, 2022The complex when I first moved here had a gate, the security of the complex was one of the things I moved here for. They also had an elevator, makes living super easy and convenient. Both of those sought after things are now broken and have been for the last 5 months. Any other complex I have lived in would have these things fixed immediately. The safety of the residents and their belongings should be a priority. But from what management told me the owners don't care. Anyone can now stroll into ...the complex. My vehicle got stolen out from the complex and the leasing office told me that the one camera that they have doesn't face the front of the complex. From their eyes it isn't a problem, they don't care because they don't live here. How many people have to have their vehicles stolen or their cars broken into before the owners/management does something? Obviously one isn't enough for them. Since I can bet my entire life on nothing getting done. I have to constantly live in the fear that someone is going to steal from me again. Whatever preventative measures the complex takes going forward dosent excuse them for their lack of preventative action. Go elsewhere until there's any kind of security
February 17, 2022There was a shooting on the property last night (happened on 02/16/2022). It happened around 8:30pm. There's no working cameras, the gates don't work properly, half of the lighting is out throughout the building, the elevators are down regularly. April 9, 2020I have recently moved to Atlantic on the Avenue apartments. Everything is set up to make your daily life easier. Such as; trash pick up, hub area to pick up packages at ANY TIME using a code and the layout is accessible and fairly close. You wont have to walk 6 buildings to get to the pool area or gym. The staff is friendly and very clean property. They are a dog community and I feel safe walking my dogs at night and early in the morning (4am) before work. Gated community is very safe! Which was ...huge priority to me. Accessible gym 24/7 and a beautiful pool. I am highly satisfied. It truly does make my everyday life simple with online options for rent and maintenance request. I can easily do from anywhere at any time. Lastly, the staff has been a huge help in facilitating online application up to my move in date. I enjoy the Monthly events I have experienced thus far.
