Superior Property
November 16, 2023Atlántico is the best! Location is so convenient, you can walk to Publix, Starbucks, Raw Juce, LA Fitness and many other great shops and restaurants. You can also walk around the lake and the sunsets are beautiful. The staff have always been very nice and accommodating to anything that I have needed. May 8, 2023I sold my home in 2017 and moved into Atlantico at Alton. The apartments are spacious, beautifully designed, and have bright upscale interiors. The amenities in the complex are complete with a great gym, recreation room, business center, beautiful heated pool, and a one mile walking path around a lake. If you have dogs, this is the place to be. The complex is in a central location and next to a shopping plaza with all types of stores and great restaurants. The staff are always willing to resolve ...any issues. They all live on the property and thus take a personal interest in making living at Atlantico at Alton a great place to live in Palm Beach Gardens.Property Manager Responded

Fabulous year after year!
April 28, 2023I have lived at Alton since 2019 and have zero complaints. The view is beautiful, the grounds are spectacular, access to food, hair, nails, gym has made me spoiled for distance. The staff starting with Jill manager, she's beyond amazing, Jeanette, assistant manager, goes above what is asked of her, Maria is the sweetest and will help you no matter what she is doing. Fransesca the new girl is going to fit in beautifully for she has the same personality. The guys Carlo's and Alberto, I can't say ...enough how hard they work for us. If I have a problem they are at the door within hours. There are other guys and I don't know the names but they are the greatest as well. You couldn't find a better place as far as beauty, safety and wonderful people than at The Alton. They treat you like family. So grateful to live her.Property Manager Responded

Paradise
April 27, 2023It has a city vibe but it feels like paradise! Atlantico at Alton is an awesome place to live. If you are an morning person the sunrises are breathtaking go for a walk or jog or run around the two lakes or a nice sunset stroll after dinner and if like going out you can walk to one of the great restaurants ! There is a pubix in walking distance. It’s a pet friendly place to live if you can’t get to the beach which is a five minute drive you can relax at the beautiful resort style pool with cabanas .... I’m living here for 3 years and never regretted it! The office management are helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance team are also awesome even though we hardly ever need them? There are always fun events to meet new friends and I have made a quite a few very nice people young and old! It’s one awesome place to live!!!Property Manager Responded
