Great management

Petty Fees
September 22, 2022Not the employee's but the executive property staff who was JUST hired is petty! Point blank... Charged me $50 for some packages I received from which I broke down and took to the garbage myself. Great property.... petty fee's...Property Manager Responded

I recommend living somewhere else in the area...
July 19, 2022One of the worst things about this apartment complex is the mosquito problem. We tried different sprays, keeping the windows closed, bug spray on ourselves in our own apartment - nothing worked. One night we each got over 20 mosquito bites in our sleep. I talked to other tenants that also had issues with other insects too, like cockroaches and ants (we also had cockroaches and big ants). Not only that, but we actually had larvae hanging from our ceiling in our apartment (see pics attached). How ...gross is that? But it doesn't end there... After moving in, our air filter was so disgusting that we had to replace it and buy two extra $300 air purifiers because the air quality was so bad (see pics attached). And it And if that's not enough, their maintenance people entered our apartment several times without permission while we were inside. One time, they came in while I was in the shower. Disturbing, and no regard for privacy. So overall, unless you're okay with living in dirty, unsafe conditions - I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to live. You deserve better than this place.Property Manager Responded

Great and calm community
January 28, 2022I live in Atlantico for 1 year and 6 months and I don’t pretend to move soon. The community is amazing, the pool is always clean, we have 2 bbq grills, playground for kids and a nice dogs park. Starbucks and Publix are very close and the Turnipike is 6 min.Property Manager Responded

Don't recommend
November 16, 2021I don't recommend anyone to move to Atlantico at Tuscany. We clearly stated before we signed the contract, that we will stay only 7 months. They called 10 day prior leaving date and told us that we have to pay another almost $3,000.Property Manager Responded

And to ensure that if you wish to renew or terminate your contract you know the steps that must be taken. The lease contract must be terminated in writing as stated in your lease agreement. Great apartments but disappointing pool
September 28, 2021I have lived in the Siena at Tuscany apartment for almost two years now. Overall, I am very happy with the interior of my apartment and the neighborhood as a whole. However, I am incredibly disappointed in both pools at Atlantico at Tuscany and Siena at Tuscany. The pool water is often filthy with what seems like hundreds of dead bugs and the water temperatures are usually freezing cold. Even though I was told the pool is "heated" I would suggest when you tour the property to put your hand in ...the water and feel for yourself how cold the water actually is.Property Manager Responded

Dream Apartment
July 22, 2015Finally I found my dream apartment. After living with my mother for three years after my dad passed away and wishing and hoping for a wonderful place to live I finally have made it. I tried about a year ago to get into this beautiful apartment complex and for some reason it didn't work out. I continued pushing and trying and then I even went as far as to put it on my wish board and finally one day it just came to me and now I am living in this beautiful place. I truly feel like it was meant to ...be. The furnishings are fantastic. Everything is extremely clean.There is a nice place to walk for myself and my dog Franco. People here are very friendly.
