I stopped by this past Saturday to check out a one-bedroom for myself, and I had such a great experience! Alexandra was so friendly and took the time to show me a couple of different floor plans and locations to help me compare my options. When I arrived, the leasing team was setting up for a resident event, which was really nice to see. The amenities were clean, smelled fresh, and the whole property was well maintained. Poor infrastructure

I’ve been living here for 7 months and I kid you not, you can hear every footstep the upstairs neighbor takes. LITERALLY. The management team has poor noise control procedures, I wish the experience was better but I’m not sure if it will get better really. Look else if you are looking for a comfortable quiet home. This place probably won’t check off that box.

I had a wonderful experience touring this apartment community with the manager Natasha. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable, making the entire tour enjoyable and informative. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful area. The amenities that really stood out was the gym it was well equipped, the pool and game room were impressive and inviting. Phenomenal Living Area

I toured Atlas Alvarado with the apartment manager, Natasha, and had a phenomenal experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and made the whole tour super informative and enjoyable. The apartments are gorgeous and the location is so convenient for everyday living. The only setback was that I couldn’t move in as soon as I had hoped but I’m still hoping to call this place home soon. Highly recommend checking it out!
