January 14, 2025I have been in Atlas Waterside now over a year, and I work a lot out of town, and the apartments are secure, and they are an easy and great place to live, and very turn key. If an issue arises, it is handled quickly and professionally, with resolution to satisfaction. The amenities are great, and provides easy access to the Trinity Trails and the shopping and dining in Waterside, as well as easy commute to TCU, as well as the rest of Fort Worth.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2023I fell in love with this community the first day that I met Anne on my initial tour. I cannot rave about her enough. She was really a HUGE factor in my decision to pick this community and I couldn’t be more grateful. Kylie was also a huge help in staying on top of my quick move in date and communicating with me on next steps quickly via email since it can be difficult to answer the phones at my job. I knew I would always get an immediate follow up email keeping me in the loop and I really ...appreciated that. September 12, 2023The maintenance is quick to respond, the front office staff is friendly and helpful, there are community events, the residents are quiet, and the location is top tier.
