Atlas Waterside has been a great place to live. It is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to get to anywhere in FW quickly, being so close to the Chisholm. The neighborhood is great too with Waterside shopping/dining area right here and multiple good restaurants, Whole Foods and shopping/salons/fitness within the area. And the location at the trail of the Trinity River allows me to get out and get fresh air and go for pleasant ...

Atlas Waterside is close to everything. There are trails along the river, restaurants, an optometrists, a dental office, Whole Foods, and proximity to Hulen Mall. Mature trees and lots of open space around the complex is very nice. The office staff has been very accommodating.

Ideal Apartment!!

This was truly just the ideal apartment!! Wish I wasn't moving because I 1000% would renew lease. I have always felt so safe here. The location is calm, quiet, and tucked away. The trinity access is awesome for walks and bike rides. Having WholeFoods a short walk away was insanely convenient. The unit itself is so pretty and has such a clean, new feel while also not being cold/crazy modern. The only thing that was less than perfect here is sometimes the gate to the parking garage would remain ...

Beautiful apartments and a knowledgeable leasing team. Unfortunately, the leasing team does lie about which amenities are present in units when you are applying, so be weary, and do not apply without looking at the EXACT unit you are interested in.

I have been in Atlas Waterside now over a year, and I work a lot out of town, and the apartments are secure, and they are an easy and great place to live, and very turn key. If an issue arises, it is handled quickly and professionally, with resolution to satisfaction. The amenities are great, and provides easy access to the Trinity Trails and the shopping and dining in Waterside, as well as easy commute to TCU, as well as the rest of Fort Worth.

Great complex, great location, apartments are nice, amenities are nice, good gym, lots of fun events. Rent is kind of killer but I guess that is just the way rent prices are now. Price is my only main problem

I fell in love with this community the first day that I met Anne on my initial tour. I cannot rave about her enough. She was really a HUGE factor in my decision to pick this community and I couldn’t be more grateful. Kylie was also a huge help in staying on top of my quick move in date and communicating with me on next steps quickly via email since it can be difficult to answer the phones at my job.
