We have lived at Atlas Waterside for four months. We have attended two parties and met several of our neighbors. The facility is well maintained, clean, and quiet.. indoor parking is also a plus. We recently had several work orders filled almost immediately. The facility is steps away from the Trinity Trails, Whole Foods with Amazon, restaurants, gyms, hair and nail salons, and close to other good shopping like Hulen Mall. Atlas Waterside has been a great place to live. It is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to get to anywhere in FW quickly, being so close to the Chisholm. The neighborhood is great too with Waterside shopping/dining area right here and multiple good restaurants, Whole Foods and shopping/salons/fitness within the area. And the location at the trail of the Trinity River allows me to get out and get fresh air and go for pleasant ...

Atlas Waterside is close to everything. There are trails along the river, restaurants, an optometrists, a dental office, Whole Foods, and proximity to Hulen Mall. Mature trees and lots of open space around the complex is very nice. The office staff has been very accommodating.

This was truly just the ideal apartment!! Wish I wasn't moving because I 1000% would renew lease. I have always felt so safe here. The location is calm, quiet, and tucked away. The trinity access is awesome for walks and bike rides. Having WholeFoods a short walk away was insanely convenient. The unit itself is so pretty and has such a clean, new feel while also not being cold/crazy modern. The only thing that was less than perfect here is sometimes the gate to the parking garage would remain ...

Beautiful apartments and a knowledgeable leasing team. Unfortunately, the leasing team does lie about which amenities are present in units when you are applying, so be weary, and do not apply without looking at the EXACT unit you are interested in.
