Absolutley stunning with a true atrium court yard. Close to EVERYTHING! Better yet you can walk or rent a bike! Three blocks from Penns Landing; can watch the fireworks from the window or the roof if you want to avoid the crowds. Landlord hospitable and kind to his tenets!
