I stayed at this apartment for a brief time period and upon my arrival my apartment was not cleaned up to standard with many stains on the carpet; my dishwasher had a foul oder, filthy, and un-usable; and the gym did not have working equipment. Furthermore, there was cement caked up on the bathroom sink faucet which required me to use elbow grease and hard water and calcium cleaner to get it off so that the water flowed. I was not reimbursed for this. Upon my move out, I was charged for ...

cleaning even though some parts of the unit were un-used, hence left the way it was upon my arrival. I should not have been charged and will not and do not recommend this apartment to others. It is unacceptable as a cooperation to charge when when their standard was not upheld upon my move in.

I have been a high satisfied tenant at the Atrium Place for over six years however, it is bitter sweet to say that I am only moving due to a career relocation back home. The experience has been amazing due to the peaceful environment, safety and how up kept the complex. The property managers are very courteous, kind, respectful, professional and always willing to accommodate or assist the best that they can. I have never had any issues hence why I made the personal choice to reside there for ...

I ranted and raved so much that I already have an eager new future tenant ready to move in to my place before I was able to properly move out lol. Very nice apartment complex with a very friendly managment staff which is always available if you need anything. Excellent location very close to the movie theather, groceries stores and restaurants. Is a plus to have a pool, fitness center and laundry on site all included with the price of rent, which is definately worth your money in comparisson with other apartments which rent is higher and dont offer much for your money.
