July 22, 2025I can tell the new management is trying to improve the property but previous management made that very hard on them. I feel building two is more of an afterthought and building one is the nice one. Hope they make some improvements to building two’s courtyard.Property Manager Responded

July 5, 2025It’s a great apartment complex. I enjoy tge location as it is close to work. It is also very nice with amenities and what it has to offer. I would like to see less dog poop everywhere as that is a common issue. Other than that I truly enjoy itProperty Manager Responded

Great new management
June 13, 2025I’ve been living at The Atwell Apartments for a while now but ever since new management has came it’s been great and way cleaner. The new management is very helpful and responsive, and the maintenance team is excellent especially Juan! May 22, 2025I had the easiest transition of my life moving into this place, and I owe that to the amazing leasing agent, Jace Allen. After dealing with a flooded apartment and needing to move in immediately with my two kids, I was overwhelmed, stressed, and honestly feeling pretty down. But the moment I walked through the door, I felt her warm presence—and everything started to turn around. Jace truly took care of me. She was understanding, professional, and compassionate in a way that made me feel safe ...and supported during such a difficult time. I’m beyond thankful and feel truly blessed to have been helped by someone like her. To top it off, the managers Johnny and Orlando came out to greet me and had a wonderful, welcoming conversation. May 1, 2025I’ve been living in these apartments for a while and overall, I feel comfortable here. The units are well-designed and the neighborhood is relatively quiet. However, I believe there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to the maintenance of the green areas, general upkeep, and pest control. Some of the outdoor spaces could benefit from more regular care to keep them clean and pleasant. It would also help if management enforced the cleanliness rules more strictly, as not all neighbors ...seem to follow them. In addition, improving pest control would be important, since the presence of unwanted insects is sometimes noticeable. With a bit more attention in these areas, this place could be even better.Property Manager Responded

April 3, 2025Three months in, and I am enjoying my new living dwelling. The unit that I saw initially was on the third floor which is what I would have preferred. I really appreciate the use of the elevator and the security access. I appreciate that the staff of both management companies have been very professional and friendly. You know you felt like you were talking to your neighbor, and I appreciate that the construction which is neither the fault of I think either of the management companies that I've ...been under, but the construction is subpar for what we're paying. I mean the little ones above me are simply being little and running everywhere, and I hear it EVERY DAY @5:30 AM, 11-12 PM, 5:30-10:30, 11:30 PM! It's no use complaining because it's not their fault, but . . .! Other than that, I'm loving it. I appreciate that one bath has a shower and the other bathroom has a tub! I love the area!
